The variety on this stam is a constant tag variety so is only
visible under UV light.
Tagging medium under UV light looks like a full moon
above the clouds
Position 41 on sheet (Last row row, first stamp)
This specimen is the lower left stamp on an Lower Left
Plate Block along with one normal 695 stamp and two normal 696stamps.
It is worth noting that the bottom right copy of 696 later developed
a tag variety in the in the lower right of the picture, known as the
"Flaming Dress" variety.
